If it’s a customized manual for a specific machine you need, we will interview everyone you identify as being integral to the process. We will review any and all documents and manuals you have, take a lot of photographs and movies of the process being done and turn all that into a clearly written, fully illustrated manual that will be submitted for your approval before it is ever released to the production line.
