  We extensively photographing and videotaping of the equipment/process during this step.


• Step 2
  REVIEW - Information collected is reviewed by participants at every step – they become our partners!


• Step 3
  TRAIN - Following a thorough information screening process, we train the operators, who now have ownership and pride in the training manuals they helped to create.


• Step 4
  REFRESH - We return periodically to:
