How We Work - The Nail Creek Program
Nail Creek has its own unique method of creating Operator Manuals and training.

COLLECT - We collect information and data from every existing source in your facility:
- Operators
- Relief operators
- Mechanics
- Electricians
- Supervisors
- Clean up personnel
- Managers
- OEM manuals
We extensively photographing and videotaping of the equipment/process during this step. - Step 2
REVIEW - Information collected is reviewed by participants at every step – they become our partners! - Step 3
TRAIN - Following a thorough information screening process, we train the operators, who now have ownership and pride in the training manuals they helped to create. - Step 4
REFRESH - We return periodically to:
- Update manuals
- Train new employees
- Refresh existing employees
