Nail Creek has its own unique method of creating Operator Manuals and training.

    COLLECT
    - We collect information and data from every existing source in your facility:

    • Operators
    • Relief operators
    • Mechanics
    • Electricians
    • Supervisors
    • Clean up personnel
    • Managers
    • OEM manuals

    We extensively photographing and videotaping of the equipment/process during this step.

  • Step 2
    REVIEW
    - Information collected is reviewed by participants at every step – they become our partners!

  • Step 3
    TRAIN
    - Following a thorough information screening process, we train the operators, who now have ownership and pride in the training manuals they helped to create.

  • Step 4
    REFRESH
    - We return periodically to:

    • Update manuals
    • Train new employees
    • Refresh existing employees
