Nail Creek’s Custom Operator Training is derived from the Custom Manuals that are created with the input of the operators, maintenance workers, managers and OEM’s.
As a result the training is a positive experience – they are learning from a document that they helped to create! There is a pride of ownership and a desire to participate!
